     ZHP-670D series two-layer plastic sheet extruder

USE:ZHP-670D three layer plastic sheet extruding machine was designed and make by absorbing & digesting advanced technology at home and abroad.It is mainly used to produce plastic sheet of PP,PS,PE,HIPS,they are the materials for making beverage mugs,ice-cream cup,jelly cup,and other packing containers.

Structure Characteristics

1. Good moulding, equal sheet thickness and constant flowing speed due to the large L/D ratio of the screw in the extrusion unit.

2. Advanced net-electrically-changed device in the die head results in easy operation and high production efficiency.

3. Easy operation and high precision because of the rollers regulated worm wheels.

4. Adopt the structure of oblique three rollers to make the plate material production more reasonable and improving quality.

5. Adopt advanced frequency converter to be easy to adjust the linear speed of oblique three rollers and drive.

6. It is composed of extruder, three-roller calendar, traction, rewinding and electric control box..etc

7. The screw, material barrel, screen changer, measurement pump, die head are made of high quality alloy steel (38CRMOAIA), with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.

8. The die head adopts hanger-type branch pipe decreasing-style construction, so the flow passage is convenient for material solution to flow without stagnation and the thickness of products will be smooth and even.

9. Inside the three rolled calendar the helical flume and cycle water cooling bring a perfect cooling effect.

10. The temperature of die head, screen changer the measurement pump and the material barrel are separately controlled.

11. All drive system runs synchronously.
